Dr Duncan Jenkins
Dr Duncan JenkinsManaging Director
Duncan has a career in healthcare which spans over 25 years, initially in hospital pharmacy and more recently in primary care, with experience in academia and consultancy.

In 2001 he founded Morph Consultancy Ltd and has worked as a consultant to NHS bodies including NICE, the Health and Social Care Information Centre, the National Prescribing Centre and the Pharmaceutical Industry. Duncan’s time is now split between work for the Dudley Office of Public Health, where he is Specialist in Pharmaceutical Public Health and his consultancy work for Morph. In 2013, Duncan and his pharmaceutical public health team won an NHS Innovation Challenge Prize for their approach to medicines management.

Recently Duncan has become an honorary lecturer at the University of Worcester and Director of Medicines Management and Governance for the Free Radical Network.

Duncan has an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy and a PhD in Pharmacy Practice / HTA from the Faculty of Medicine, University of London.

He has extensive expertise in:

His background is in clinical pharmacy and has worked at some of the country’s top teaching hospitals, including Southampton General, St George’s and the Hammersmith.

Rachel Jeynes
Rachel JeynesDirector
Rachel is a sales professional and pharmacist having had 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the NHS. She has worked in sales, market access, training, management NHS partnership projects as well as national roles developing primary care account management strategy. She has worked with AstraZeneca, Lilly and Napp.

In the NHS she has worked in community, hospital and primary care. More recently she has worked CCGs and CSU with the medicines optimizations teams on projects such as; developing a local medicines management strategy, a PCT wide community pharmacy based Health Check Project, assessing the impact of new technologies, resources option appraisals in PCTs and as a Pharmaceutical Advisor applying industry skills for specific projects e.g. achieving PCT prescribing targets, MORPh has also been commissioned by NICE, the BNF and the NPC for development of guidelines for dressings and oral nutritional supplements running expert panels and agreeing principals.

Claire Cox
Claire CoxEvents Manager
Claire has a 10 year background in health authority clerical and meeting support. She has a diploma in Office Management. Over the last 6 years since the inception of MORPh Consultancy, she has worked closely with the Directors. She now concentrates on event management and administration. Claire is often the first point of contact for all client support staff and is always available to answer client queries.
Lucy Ash
Lucy AshHead of Marketing and Communications
With over five years of experience in the motor trade in both Sales and Marketing, Lucy has a strong understanding of customer service and compliance management as well as building client relationships. Prior to this, she studied for three years at University gaining a degree in Advertising, developing great understanding in digital marketing, business law and finance while also showing her grit and determination by competing at a competitive level in Rowing from an early age.
Lucy has the qualities needed to succeed and make our communications at MORPh a success.
